The Canadian Customer Service Association (CCSA) is pleased to launch the formation of a new professional association for Customer Service professionals.

The Canadian Customer Service Association is a registered not-for-profit professional society with the Province of British Columbia Registry Services and is pleased to announce a complete restructuring in an unprecedented effort to strengthen the profession and elevate the importance of Customer Service professionals.

Our mission is to be recognized as a resource for customer service issues, as well as promoting and gaining acceptance of the Customer Service field for the distinct body of knowledge it provides in business.

Our mandate is to position the Customer Service profession as a recognized and valued profession by securing a self-regulated profession legislated to act in the public interest, by ensuring that the CCSP designation is widely recognized and valued by our stakeholders and by continuing to advance the customer service practices in Canada.

About CCSA
CCSA is a registered professional association dedicated to strengthening the customer service profession and upholding the highest standards of practice. CCSA is the exclusive certifying body for the  Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) designation, which is the professional standard for CS professionals in Canada.

The CCSP demonstrates CS expertise, experience and ethical management of today’s customer engagement and management.

With our members, we are working towards becoming a self-regulated, recognized profession in Canada.

In addition, members have access to three levels of membership each offering their distinct benefits. Details for all three levels can be found at    www.csassociation.ca
